Lines on a page are sometimes just lines on a page! Using advanced computer technology, our designers take the guess-work out of renovation design. Right in the comfort of your own home, we will create your project before your eyes, on our computer screen. We are able to show you even the most finite details, from furniture placement to lighting options. We can even show you how the sun will shine through the windows of your newly renovated living space!
A Renovation Design consultation is usually a two hour process, but we are committed to work on the design "as long as it takes" to achieve the perfect result. Once our representative has been able to collect all the necessary measurements and ideas from you, our in house design team will have 3D designs ready for you to review within 24 hours.
The cost for a 3D design consultation is only $200.00 for the average project and includes a variety of full-colour images of the project. The fee is waived or refunded if you proceed with the project. If a two-dimensional design is all that is required, we will provide one free of charge.
